Cody is a consummate real estate agent of the highest degree. I was trying to sell an old family home I was living in. This was my first time selling a house. My personal situation was extremely difficult, and selling the home was the only realistic path forward. I was fraught with anxiety about the entire process, but Cody made it as friction-less as possible. The concerns I had about the property didn't even make Cody flinch. He reassured me every step of the way when I had my doubts. It cannot be overstated enough how much Cody is batting for you behind the scenes. He is an expert negotiator and highly charismatic. You tell him what you want, and he will try his best to make it happen. If you want anyone on your side of the table, it's him. I also want to speak on his integrity, because he never faltered or tried to mislead me for his own benefit. At one point, he had the opportunity to net a commission for one of his associates who was a buyer agent because their client was interested in my property, but he explicitly held out for a better sell offer from another buyer that had no direct ties to his real estate group. Cody is there for you and your interests first and foremost. His network of people is vast, and there isn't an obstacle that can stand in his way. If you need a guy, Cody's got a guy. If you need information, he will get you information. His resourcefulness is unmatched, which I feel is critical in the real estate space. My only critique of Cody is that sometimes his communication can feel absent. He is a prolific agent, for better or worse. If you look at his listings, you can see that Cody is a man with his fingers in a lot of different pies. This can mean having to reach out directly to him with questions that you probably shouldn't have to ask(which he is always willing and eager to answer) or having to reiterate highly important details of your property/selling stipulations. On a personal level, Cody is a dedicated father and a good human being. He oozes positivity and can-do attitude. I told him, once he's done with real estate, he should become a life coach. I found Cody at a rough moment in my life where I was uncertain about my future, and the motto he recited to me was, “I ask not for a lighter burden, but for broader shoulders.” But broader shoulders take time. Thankfully, there are people like Cody whose shoulders are broad enough to lighten the load for those around him.

Cody and his team have been wonderful to work with. He always kept me in the loop and was so kind and patient. My condo wasn’t a big listing, but he gave it so much care and attention, and that meant a lot to me. Between an eviction and losing my sweet pup, it was a tough time. Having Cody as my agent made it easier. I really wanted to sell, but the market was not there so I decided to rent it out instead. I really wish he had been my agent for my last two transactions as well, because no one deserved those commissions more than him and his team.
